Price Reduction on Woahink Lake Home in South Shore

The Bank lowered the price to $879,900 on July 7th on this great Florence Oregon property located in the prestigious South Shore Gated Community on Woahink Lake in an attempt to sell this home quickly. At this price point this fantastic home obviously wouldn’t last long, and it didn’t.
