This fantastic home closed August 18, 2008 for $858,000. There was a great deal of interest in this spectacular home at this price for a bank owned home. We actually had 2 offers written the same weekend and several other buyers that regret not writing an offer sooner. Many thought the bank would lower the price again and that would give them a chance to purchase at a lower price. It reminds me of the old saying “If You Snooze You Loose”. Congratulations to my clients that purchased this home.
